Death was written when I saw death for the first time up close. A neighbour and a close family friend of ours passed away, leaving a mark on me. This poem was the reciprocation to that phase.
Childhood was written after the birth of my nephew. When i saw him for the first time, couldn't help but think about how soon, he would grow up and be a part of the rat race we'd all have to run.
Longing has a very interesting story. Longing was written a day before my 12th Boards, when I was fully under pressure of scoring well. This is the first thought that came to me.
